Our new epoxy resin: Bodopox 900S, has been introduced to selected costumers specially within tooling manufacturing with succes. The resin returns very good Tg together with Bodocure INF24. Good wetability and suitable for infusion of carbon or thick monolithic lamina - low shrinkage.

Bodotex has developed a laminating resin system - Bodopox 1500 - which has been approved by Germanischer Lloyd. This system is intended for production of Yacht hulls and rotor blades. The certified system includes two different hardners- a standard and a slow. For more details please see the belonging TDS.
Bodotex has introduced a two component Epoxy Flooring system. The system includes a sealer Bodopox 800I floorprimer and Bodopox 3000 SLF Top-coat.
The system is charaterized by ease of application, good levelling and exellent airrelease properties. Besides it is a very attractive system in regard to cost.

The lowest floor heating installation height on the market!!!
Climadesign AG chose Bodotex as its distributor for the Northern countries of high-performance capillary carpets for heating/cooling in the building industry and composite industry.
The modules are designed as a 7mm thick capillary system of closely packed pipes which can be heated or cooled with water.
The system is specially suited for building renovation work as its total installation height is only 9mm which makes it an energy-efficient alternative to electric heating.
In the composite industry, the system is of special interest as it weighs only 760g/m2, including fluid. As the system is able to provide both heating and cooling, the process times can be optimised and the unit quality can be improved significantly. Often, the system can be installed subsequently in existing moulds.
Martin Friderichsen and Jesper Brøndum from Jutland invited the 505 world champion Jan Saugmann to enter the last European 18ft Skiff Grand Prix in Carnac in France. They came in a splendid second and have shown their potential as the very best in Europe over the last season.

New appointments at Bodotex Composites.
Steen Madsen
Steen is a trained boat builder who finished training in 1983 in Middelfart. Since then, he has worked with composites, both in the boat industry and for the last ten years as a process engineer in the wind turbine industry. Ordinarily, Steen works in testing materials and vacuum injection techniques. He also assists customers when starting up new processes. Steen's great passion is racing which he engaged in in his Banzai 280 which he built with his own hands. He is a father of two and today lives with his girlfriend in Middelfart.
Anton Lassen, graduate engineer, chemistry
Anton comes from the paint and colour industry where his main responsibilities have been development as well as production functions. He has also worked outside Denmark a few times, in Indonesia and Great Britain, respectively. With his experience in polymer technology from paint and colour, Anton has been appointed technical manager with responsibility for developments and the construction of the relevant laboratory.
Bodotex Composites welcomes Spheretex AG. We are now pleased to represent the Germany quality product which is typically used as semi-core material.
A superior type also exists, Sphere Ax, which is used to reduce print-through on gelcoat surfaces. It is a structural weave allowing the weight of the finished item to be reduced compared to traditional CSM solutions.
Bodotex Composites now represents Diatex total range of nets and filter media for the industry.
Typical applications are nets for scaffolding, orchards and fish farms. The range also includes filter media for weave compensators, injection bags for ventilation, UV stable mesh for banner printing, etc.
